Harbor Security was founded in 1972 by a veteran Portland Police Captain that set high standards and goals as a basis of our operation.  Our early security service utilized boats and autos in the Portland Metropolitan-Tri County area, adding stationary officers soon afterward.  We then expanded down through the Willamette Valley to Salem.

Our Management has over 50 years Law Enforcement and Security experience.
