Our on-site officers perform a thorough surveillance of the client's property.  Post orders are carried out as outlined by the client.  Alarm systems are set and reset as required by the client.  Daily Activity Reports note date, name, and any unusual activity.

All on-site officers receive training the same as they would if they were patrol officers.  On-site officers are also fully uniformed so as to be identifiable by the client and their customers. 

The Harbor Security on-site officer will act on the following situations while on post, and per instructions from the client:

• Suspicious persons, vehicles or activity at unusual times or places.
  
• Signs of vandalism, fire, water, or gas leaks, or burned out lights.
  
• Property damage will be noted for maintenance.  Unsafe conditions will be corrected, if necessary and possible, and noted on the Daily Activity Report.
  
• Arrests and detention will be made at the client's authorization for following offenses, and the proper authorities will be notified:  Criminal Trespass, Burglary 1, Vandalism, or Theft.
